Our bootcamp's are specifically designed to cater for ALL fitness levels, whether you have never exercised before or you are already at an elite level, our instructors know exactly how to get the absolute best out of every individual and can always adapt exercises so that all can achieve.
Our sessions take place at Southern Country Park in Bishop's Stortford (location details found on our Timetable page). The sessions are normally circuit based, incorporating an array of functional movements & fitness equipment including; battle ropes, tyres, logs, medballs, powerbags, kettlebells and much more.
A typical sessions would start with a warm-up, 20-30min equipment based circuit, team challenges/ races and boxing and core work to finish. It is well known that you will never repeat the same session twice.
BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL.
We’re very fortunate to be running our early morning sessions in the bubble at The Bishop’s Stortford Tennis Club.
These sessions are exactly the same as our outdoor sessions, they’re just a lot more appealing to get up for at 5.30am during the Winter months, knowing that you’re dry & mud free.
The personal training sessions on offer are tailored to your needs and are the most effective way to reach your fitness goals quickly and safely.
We can run our sessions outside at the park or at an exclusive personal training studio based in Hallingbury (1mile from B.Stortford).
You can train individually or in pairs.
My speciality is fat loss, muscle gain, strength gain and all round general fitness training for a healthy, happy lifestyle.
As a personal trainer I have the knowledge and experience, you just need to be willing to train hard, apply the advice given consistently and I can guarantee you results.
