Our bootcamp's are specifically designed to cater for ALL fitness levels, whether you have never exercised before or you are already at an elite level, our instructors know exactly how to get the absolute best out of every individual and can always adapt exercises so that all can achieve.
The sessions are normally circuit based, incorporating an array of functional movements & fitness equipment including; battle ropes, tyres, logs, medballs, dumbbells, kettlebells and much more.
A typical sessions would start with a warm-up, 20-30min equipment based circuit, team challenges/ races and boxing and core work to finish. It is well known that you will never repeat the same session twice.

We’re very fortunate to be running our early morning sessions in the studio at The Bishop’s Stortford - Injury Active Clinic.
The focus of these sessions is a lot more strength based and they're great for slowing the intensity down and allow you to isolate muscle groups and bring them up to speed.
Tuesday's - Upper Body
Thursday's - Lower Body

Our HIIT & RUN session currently takes place at 0600hrs on Wednesday's, this session is not really suitable for beginners in running.
We head out on a 45min running route, stopping along the way to perform High Intense Interval Training (HIIT).
For example:
Run 500-1000m
Stop and perform: 15 Press-ups
15 Star Jumps
x 3 sets
Then run another 500-1000m to the next HIIT destination.

Tabbing is a military based form of exercise.
TAB means Tactical Advance to Battle.
Depending on your fitness levels you would either do it unloaded or loaded with a weighted rucksack (bergen), we head out into the countryside at a brisk walking pace and light running the down hills.
Tabbing is perfect for building your muscular endurance, core strength, mental resilience and it's ideal for fat burning.
These sessions are not included under any bootcamp memberships and must be purchased separately.

Our instructors who have military experience, take you through a similar type of session that soldiers would do.
Testing your mental strength as well as your physical robustness.
You would be expected to carry your own bergen (weighted rucksack) whilst also enduring team tasks and scenarios, normally moving heavy kit from A to B in a set objective time.
This would be done over a mix of terrain.
Expect there to be no beating round the bush, we will treat you how we were treated through our military training.
Be prepared to be muddy, wet and very uncomfortable - you will be pushed hard.
These sessions are perfect for those who are ready to explore limits and what to excel in other activities and build a mindset that will see you excel in many areas of your life.
